Heirloud is being built in Melbourne, Australia. Right now this website only does one thing with your information: it keeps your email address so we can tell you when Heirloud is ready to order. This page explains exactly what that means.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- The date you joined, the country your connection came from, and any campaign tag in the link you used (for example ?ref=…), so we know which announcements reached people.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
Only to email you about Heirloud — mainly one email when orders open. We will never sell, rent or share your email with anyone for their own marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to [email protected].
Where it's stored
The waitlist is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, whose servers may be located outside Australia. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just email [email protected] and we'll do it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Recordings and stories
The Heirloud Box isn't on sale yet. Before it is, we'll publish a full privacy policy covering recordings, transcripts and books — including consent, family access, downloading everything, and deletion. Our starting principles: the stories belong to your family, we never sell or share them, and we never use them to train AI.
